Policies

Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit with the balance due upon arrival.

 

Full refunds will be given for cancellations requested more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

A two night minimum reservation is required for July and August weekends. The room rates are higher during the high demand weekends for Dudley.

Rates are based on double occupancy, plus taxes.  Only rooms #6 and #8 can accommodate two extra guest per room.  (There is a $25.00 charge per extra guest).  Due to the historic nature of the Inn, each room can accommodate only the number of individuals as confirmed in the reservation.  If the number of individuals in your party increases, contact us for additional room availability.  The Inn does not have cots or roll-away beds.

 

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  If you plan on arriving after 8:00 p.m., please let us know so that we can arrange for a late check-in.  This will entail providing a 100% deposit, and then receiving instructions on how to obtain access to the building and your room. 

 

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.  Late check-out service is provided upon request at the rate of $30.00 an hour for a maximum of two hours.

 

 

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.  There are smoking areas available on our patio and other outdoor areas.  A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking within the guest rooms or in the building.  Due to the fire hazard, candles are not allowed.

 

 

The Inn exclusively accommodates adults sixteen years and older (No Children - a $400.00 fee will be charged for each child that arrives without a reservation).
