Policies
- Reservations can be secured with a 50%
deposit. The balance is due
upon arrival.
- Full refunds will be granted for cancellations
requested more then 14 days prior to scheduled
arrival.
- A two-night minimum reservation is required
for July and August weekends.
- Please see "Rooms and Rates" for current
schedules, packages, and promotions. All room
rates subject to change without prior
notification.
- Rates are based
on double occupancy, plus tax. Each additional
guest will require an additional $25.00/night
(rooms #6 and #8 only -- all other rooms maximum
two guests). Due to the historical nature
of the Inn, each room can accommodate only the
number of individuals as confirmed in the
reservation. If the number of individuals
in your party increases, contact us for
additional room availability. The Inn does
not have cots or roll-away beds.
- Check-in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. If
you plan on arriving after 8pm, please let us
know so that we can arrange for a late check-in.
This will entail providing a 100% deposit, and
then receiving instructions on how to obtain
access to the building and your room.
- Check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is allowed on all patios and outdoor
areas. Guest rooms and other indoor areas are
always smoke-free. A $125 cleaning fee
will be charged for any evidence of smoking
within the guest rooms and/or the building.
Heavy smokers should consider other
accommodations.
- The Inn exclusively accommodates adults 16
and older (no children - a $400 fee will be
charged for each child that arrives without a
reservation).
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets.
